They stayed on top of everything, from the first call to immediately going and pricing the project for me. Once we agreed on the price (it was affordable), I live out of State so the peace of mind in receiving text updates and pictures was great for me. I highly recommend using Prime Concrete & Concepts for any project.

Excellent work, honest representation, dependable quality. If we ever have any other concrete work, Enrique is our first call!

We reached out to Enrique after fighting with a previous concrete company which poured a patio that was unusable to us for the intended purpose of holding a hot tub and pergola. Although we ultimately had to remove the prior work at extra cost, this put us in a great position to see how impressive Enrique was with his demeanor and work ethic. He answered all of our exhaustively once-bitten-twice-shy questions patiently and spent as much time as we needed to hash out patio designs and make a decision moving forward.

When the work day came around, Enrique himself was on-site the entire time overseeing everything and delivered exactly what we agreed upon. Since he was removing the old patio and pouring a new one he gave us a break on the price of demo / removal which we very much appreciated and the end result is a night and day difference. The patio correctly slopes away from the house then has a near-flat section for the hot tub before sloping again for water flow. The difference is just a few degrees and unnoticeable just looking at it but the drainage is excellent and the hot tub water is near level. Enrique also added an extra layer of rebar underneath where we had the hot tub planned.

Now that we've been using the patio for a few months there's been no settling or cracking. We're extremely happy with the work! As we've learned, it can be hard to find dependable people who do quality work. We couldn't be happier with our experience working with Enrique! Thanks, Enrique!

Enrique and his crew are true professionals. The job was started on time as promised and was better than I expected. After the job was complete, the area was cleaned up. Enrique also gave us a veterans discount which is always greatly appreciated. I will definitely call Prime Concrete & Concepts again for any future concrete work. Thank you so much!!!!

The owner and his crew were professional, explained the whole process, were on time, finished the job when promised, they cleaned up afterwards; so I recommend this company.

Henry was very responsive and professional in helping me get a driveway removed and replaced. He was to take a very disgruntled customer and make him very happy with the replacement driveway. Very fairly priced for the amount of work involved. I will be reaching and using these guys again for any future concrete needs.

Prime Concrete & Concepts is the only concrete team I’ll ever use! From the very beginning they were friendly, transparent, and made the whole process stress-free. They took the time to explain everything, answered all my questions, and made sure I felt taken care of every step of the way.

Even while the concrete is still curing, I can already see the quality of their work — but what really stood out was how professional and genuine the crew was. It’s rare to find a team that combines craftsmanship with such great customer service.

I highly recommend Prime Concrete & Concepts to anyone who wants peace of mind and a job done right. I’ll never use another concrete company!

Recently I asked Enrique, a cement contractor, to come over to look at a cement slab project I wanted done in my back yard patio, and to give me an estimate on the project. He came over the very next day. He answered my numerous questions and concerns in a timely manner and was very courteous. He also explained the process of how the slabs would be connected, the timeline the cement slabs needed to set, and patiently answered other questions that came up. I ended up contracting him and his crew. We set up a date for six days later. Enrique and his crew were in my yard om time, and completed the work in one day. The next day he and his crew were in my back yard as planned, to remove the wood frame that surrounded the cement area, and for cleanup. My patio looks great. I am very happy with this company, Prime Concrete and Concepts. They were courteous, prompt, and professional. I couldn't be happier with the results!

We had colored, stamped concrete walkways installed by Prime Concrete Construction. It turned out beautifully! Enrique Alonzo is the owner. He was great about keeping us updated with any weather related scheduling changes, well in advance. He was on site throughout project completion. They showed up as scheduled & were very professional throughout the process. The foreman, Ricardo, was very knowledgeable & offered helpful suggestions to help enhance the project results. We would highly recommend!
